VUSD is thrilled to celebrate WCW Wildcat Abriah Ramos on her acceptance to YALE University! From her days as a Padan Panther and Sierra Vista Grizzly to this incredible achievement, Abriah embodies resilience and determination.
When asked what this acceptance means, she shared: “This Yale acceptance is the beginning of a new journey, a new beginning, and progress for my family. Being accepted to Yale marks the beginning of a path where I’m able to provide for my family and those that come after me. I can be a role model for those that look like me and inspire other students to know that it’s possible!”
Abriah awaits decisions from other top universities, including Harvard, Brown, and UCLA, as she plans to major in political science and pursue a career in law.
