Congratulations to the winners of the first annual Culinary Arts Finals! The winning dish was a Korean-style short rib, honey sesame toast strips, a fried egg, and carrots with a chili sauce, served over crispy rice, with a quick pickle side dish. The dish was imagined and created by advanced culinary students Justin Jimenez, Fernanda Palma Romero, Kathleen Alegado, and Janet Aquilar Vazquez. |
